Mark Rubin
A lawyer, lobbyist, educator, and consultant, Mark Rubin has long been recognized as a leader in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). In addition to developing a thriving legal practice, Mark joined The McCammon Group in 2000 and eventually shifted his focus exclusively to ADR. Mark has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases while also serving as a facilitator, trainer, consultant, and Ombuds to several agencies and corporations in various organizational disputes. Mark briefly put his thriving ADR practice on hold to serve as Counselor to Governor Timothy M. Kaine for four years, utilizing his dispute resolution skills to find common ground in policy matters involving varied stakeholders. Additionally, he served as Executive Director of the Office of Government Relations for Virginia Commonwealth University and the VCU Health System.
