Jeffrey S. Heller is a former Vice President Intermodal and Automotive at Norfolk Southern, where
he spent nearly 30 years working alongside domestic and international intermodal and automotive
customers and all major container ports on the East Coast, including the Port of Virginia, prior to
retiring in 2022. His previous experience includes years spent in the container shipping business
both in the U.S. and Europe.
