The Wallflowers will headline the Freedom First Down by Downtown Music Festival in Roanoke in April. The festival runs Thursday, April 14 through Sunday, April 17. The Wallflowers play April 16 in downtown Roanoke’s outdoor amphitheater in Elmwood Park.

The band — led by Jakob Dylan, son of Bob Dylan — emerged in the 1990s with the one “One Headlight.” The Wallflowers recently released a new album, “Exit Wounds.” Ticket prices range from $26 to $45.
