Welcome to Cardinal News’ Public Notices page where we will provide essential legal notices to the public.
We are currently able to accept public notices for the cities of Roanoke, Bristol, Danville, Lynchburg, Martinsville, Salem and Radford, and the counties of Appomattox County, Botetourt County, Bedford County, Campbell County, Craig County, Floyd County, Montgomery County, Henry County, Franklin County, Roanoke County, Washington County, Wythe County, Patrick County, Pittsylvania County, Pulaski County and Smyth County. We are still going through the process to be certified by other circuit courts in Southwest and Southside Virginia, so check back often.
For additional information or questions, email: notices@cardinalnews.org. If you work for a court and are placing a public notice that needs to be billed to someone other than a court, you can include billing information so that the invoice is sent to the responsible party.
Please submit notices by noon two business days prior to desired publication date.
