Parks and Recreation camps
- Blacksburg Parks and Recreation offers the broadest variety of camps in the NRV including fashion design and modeling, mountain biking and Epic Engineering Disasters.
- Ages 3-17

- Christiansburg Parks and Recreation offers summer programs for children ages 1-17, including preschool gymnastics, karate, Scouting America merit badge courses and stand-up paddleboarding. Christiansburg also offers FINS summer camp with 1-2 hours of swim time each day at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center.

- Montgomery County Parks and Recreation is hosting Frog Hoppers Camp with all-day arts, crafts, nature activities, hikes and sports.

- Pulaski County Parks and Recreation is hosting its Randolph Park Summer Camp with time at the Evelyn Alexander Waterpark each morning and a variety of activities in the afternoon.

The June Bug Center for Arts and Education camps
The June Bug Center is a nonprofit organization in Floyd offering weeklong camps in many activities including robotics, strings, henna design, coding, musical theatre and collaborative storytelling.
